Jennifer Staib, BA, RMT has been interested in the healing arts since childhood.  She has been doing Reiki since 1995 and has her Master/Teacher Certification in both Usui/Tibetan and Karuna® Reiki.

In January, 2005 she started her private practice,The Reiki Peace Center, located in Centerport, New York.  She is available for private Reiki Treatments as well as teaching Reiki and other workshops both privately and to groups.

In January, 2006, Jennifer finished writing "Reiki Angels" A Children's Reiki Manual.  She is actively involved with teaching children, as young as 3, the loving, healing art of Reiki.  Jennifer and her family are involved with helping other families integrate Reiki into the everyday household for all to benefit.

Her articles, "Freedom from Addiction: Reiki and the Twelve Steps", are currently being published by the International Association for Reiki Professionals and The Long Island Reiki Connection. Jennifer has over a decade of experience with addiction recovery.

In April 2006, "Angel's Alcove" opened as a retail adjunct to her practice.  It offers an array of Gifts with Intention and Tools that provide Energetic Support for the Light Worker.  She offers resources to other Light Workers and Healers that diversify and enhance their healing practices.
