• Learn what the Shadow Self is and how you can embrace and heal that aspect of yourself.
• Be guided through the Shadow Self Meditation.
• Learn 4 Karuna Reiki® Level II treatment symbols.
• Learn how to activate and use the Level II treatment symbols.
• Receive your meditation and Karuna II attunement.
• Learn how to prepare yourself to give a Karuna Reiki® treatment.
• Receive practice time using your Karuna Reiki®.
• Receive a 37 page Karuna Reiki® manual and Certificate with this course.
